As a professional lunch bag manufacturing factory, we are committed to providing high-performance thermal insulation solutions for brands and business clients. This type of lunch bag features an advanced three-layer insulation structure: the outer layer is made of water-resistant and durable fabric for effective moisture and dust protection; the middle layer consists of high-density pearl cotton, offering excellent thermal retention and cushioning; the inner lining uses food-grade, oil-resistant aluminum film that is safe, easy to clean, and maintains heat or cold for extended periods. The structure is stable and built to last, ideal for food delivery, cold chain transport, and custom promotional applications. We offer flexible customization options including size, materials, logo placement, and compartment design. OEM and ODM inquiries are welcome.
Lining material selection
Custom food bags are built with a high-performance triple-layer structure, designed to balance durability, insulation, and food safety. The outer layer can be customized with materials like water-resistant Oxford fabric, eco-friendly RPET, or PU leather — depending on your branding and usage needs. The middle layer uses thick EPE (pearl cotton) for insulation and shock resistance. The inner lining options include food-grade PEVA, aluminum foil, or TPU — all leak-proof, easy to clean, and compliant with FDA/EU food contact standards.

Using seamless hot press technology
We use seamless hot press technology to create leak-proof linings that are durable, hygienic, and built for daily use. In our factory, high-frequency ultrasonic heat press machines (20–35kHz) and large-area sealing equipment bond PEVA, TPU, and aluminum foil linings without stitching. This eliminates needle holes, reduces contamination risk, and improves water-tightness.
Each batch undergoes leak-resistance tests (72-hour fill test), peel strength tests, and temperature durability checks (from -20°C to 80°C). Our process ensures consistent performance, even after 500+ cleaning cycles. Certified food-safe and ideal for both hot and cold use, this technology is especially suitable for insulated lunch bags, delivery pouches, and reusable packaging.
